DCX Logic SMS Terms
The program. DCX Logic LLC ("DCX Logic") sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who ask for them: replies to support requests, support-ticket updates, appointment and project reminders, and account and service notices. Texts come from DCX Logic's business number, (949) 298-6013, and name DCX Logic.
Opting in. You opt in by ticking the unticked text-message box on our contact form at dcxlogic.com/contact, or by telling a member of our team, by phone or in person, that we may text you; we record when and how you agreed. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
How often. Message frequency varies with your requests and projects, typically 1 to 10 messages a month.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Stopping. Reply STOP to any text. You will get one text confirming it, and no more texts from DCX Logic unless you opt in again. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work too.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the service providers that deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Other DCX Logic programs. Churches using HoW, DCX Logic's church platform, send their own texts under the HoW SMS terms.
