What areas do you serve?
DCXWe serve Southern California. For on-site services like infrastructure buildouts, CCTV, and conference room setups, we dispatch throughout Orange County, Los Angeles, and San Diego. Remote services like managed IT, Zoom management, and digital presence are available anywhere in Southern California.
Do I have to sign up for all five divisions?
DCXNot at all. Each division operates independently. Many clients start with one and add others as the relationship grows. When you add more, your discount unlocks automatically: 10% off at 2 divisions, up to 25% off all five.
What's included in the free consultation?
DCXA 30-minute call or on-site visit where we review your current technology setup, understand your goals, and identify gaps. At the end you receive a written proposal with clear pricing — no obligation to move forward.
Are there contracts or long-term commitments?
DCXMonthly plans are month-to-month — no long-term contracts required. Clients who commit annually receive an additional 10% discount on top of multi-division savings. Project work is scope-based with milestone payments.
How quickly can you start?
DCXManaged services onboarding can begin within 24–48 hours of signing. For physical buildouts and deployments, we typically schedule within 1–2 weeks. Contact us with your timeline and we'll work around your opening date.
Can you build something completely custom?
DCXYes — that's what Division 05 is built for. If you need a custom application, AI integration, or business automation, we build it. Start with a $299 discovery & scoping session (credited toward the project) and we'll map out exactly what needs to be built and what it costs.
